Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your prompt communication. This cancellation policy applies to all scheduled psychic mediumship readings at Boundless Retrieval. Rescheduling: For the fastest rescheduling, please call or text us at 219.292.8240. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time based on availability. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Please note: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25.00 late cancellation fee. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for late cancellations. No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled reading without notification, you will be charged the full cost of the reading. We recommend adding your appointment to your calendar or setting a reminder to ensure you don't miss your scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding.
